"Damn it. We don't have time." Lelouch ran through the possibilities in his head and came to only one conclusion. 'I doubt she will go for this but it's the fastest way...'

"Drink my blood."

"W-what?" Ishi was startled at such a request.

"Look, we don't have time to find other blood. Besides, you said if you had blood you can run temporarily, right?" Lelouch pulled the sleeve up on his jacket and bit his forearm. "Here, drink up."

She was captivated. Seeing the man injure himself made her breath hitch, but not as much as seeing what came out from the wound. The life-giving crimson fluid--blood. Fresh blood.

Almost immediately her thirst kicked in and she grasped his arm, bringing it up to her lips and giving a tender lick before feeding. So delicious! When was the last time she had drunk blood so hot and fresh? Too long.

Lelouch could feel his blood leaving his body. "Careful there, don't want to let drink too much."

Ishi had been drinking for several seconds and now Lelouch was starting to feel light-headed. "Alright Ishi, that's enough."

The woman was too consumed in her feeding to even listen to his statement. She just continued to drain even more of his blood.

"Ishi..." Lelouch said with slight pain in his voice. He was getting a little light headed from the loss of blood. If he didn't stop her soon, he would die.....and so would she. "Ishi, stop. You aren't going to like what's going to happen if you keep drinking."

By now, all humanity was gone. Eyes no longer the enigmatic silvery gray, but luminescent crimson slits. Ishi Kobaneoh was now a true bloodsucking monster, stopping at nothing to drain all that came from her prey. She bit down hard, enough to where the sound of bone cracking could almost be heard. Almost. It would take a great amount of force and reason to return her to normal.

"Then you leave me no choice, Ishi." Lelouch took his other arm and bit into it to allow the blood to run from the wound. He then waved the wound over the open flame of the candle. After he closed his eyes and said a small incantation, the flames started to go into his bloodstream through the wound.

The heat was immediately apparent as Lelouch felt the pain of flames running through his blood stream. Even inside his body he still had the power to control the fire and lead it through his bloodstream to the other arm where Ishi was draining his life away.

The most excruciating part was when the fire ran through his heart and around his lungs but he wasn't about to let that stop him from saving Ishi. Finally, the fire reached the bite wound.

"Sorry, Ishi, but this is going to hurt a little..."

The young woman hissed in pain as the flame scorched her mouth, spitting out the boiling blood and nursing her injured lips. By then she had calmed down enough and returned to normal, realizing just what she had done. "I'm sorry. I deserved that," Ishi mumbled, reaching for the rag by the washbowl and soaking it, pressing it to her painfully sore mouth and wincing as the burns protested.

Lelouch dropped to his knees and clenched his chest. "If anyone, it should be my fault for putting you in that position. Besides, we both felt the pain of what just happened." Lelouch stayed knelt for a bit so his chest and heart would stop boiling.

"Here, I can help a bit," Ishi said and knelt down to his level, slipping her hand over his wounded forearms. She began to trace symbols on his bare skin, muttering an incantation under her breath in a foreign language. Almost immediately there was a burst of cold from her hand--ice was covering up his wounds and an even colder healing power was sealing them up, making the skin as soft and smooth as before.

Bringing her hand up, she formed a small ball of the same ice in the palm of her hand and swallowed it down. Grimacing, Ishi pressed her lips against Lelouch's and breathed the power into his own mouth. The hell in his chest was quickly cooling down to his normal temperature, and Ishi couldn't help but smile.
