'Yeah, no kidding...' Ishi thought as she walked side by side with Lelouch, already getting bored.

Lelouch led Ishi through the gate and onto a lush, green pasture. The grass was still wet with dew and the earth underneath was moist and soft. Beautiful flowers lined the path all the way up to the mansion. How contradictory that such beautiful plants led people up to the most horrific of places. "You ready to go in?"

Ishi tapped his nose lightly, "If I said no then you would probably flip me over your shoulder and carry me in anyway."

Lelouch stood in a position that made it look like he was reflecting on what she just said. "Almost. You left the part out where I also bind you so you can't struggle." Lelouch gave a small chuckle.

Ishi just looked at him, blinking a couple of times before starting in the direction of the mansion, saying nothing.

Lelouch laughed out loud. "I can see you didn't like that idea." Lelouch followed after her as they arrived at the front door. "Brace yourself. You are going to get a big wiff of death and blood. As well as some of the most noble vampire blood you will ever get a chance to see first hand." Lelouch opened the door to the vast mansion.

Immediately Ishi covered her nose to block out the powerful stench, nearly gagging at how foul the mansion smelled, and it was just the entrance too. "Oh sweet god, I feel like puking..."

Almost as if they were being expected, most of the members of the house we already assembled in the main lobby. They stood tall and proud as they watched Lelouch and Ishi walked forward. Out of the corner of his eye, Lelouch could see Farid walking trying to conceal himself among the rest of the vampires. "You don't have to hide, Father. I know how much you fear me but just running and hiding is embarrassing, even for you." Lelouch addressed his father in a manner that not only was meant to insult him but also irritate the rest of the family.

Farid emerged from the crowd. "It seems you still have the arrogance of a newborn, Lelo. And it also seems that you have no sympathy for your family either." Farid stepped aside to let Acelin walk next to him.

Lelouch showed no surprise on his face.

Although her body was still fairly scarred Acelin had healed up quite a bit from her fight with Lelouch just moments before. Ishi took one look and her jaw just dropped.

"What the hell?! I thought you were dead!" She exclaimed and pointed to her.

Acelin Kastina snorted and glared at the girl. "As if that weakling of a cousin can kill me. I was trained under my uncle himself to become a warrior, so I know all there is to know about survival."

"You mean your bastard of an uncle?" Ishi said with a slight smirk. Acelin hissed and bared her fangs.

"Do not insult my uncle!!"

"Don't waste your breathe Ishi. Besides, there is no point in arguing with a clone." Lelouch quickly took out a small dagger and threw it right at Acelin's forehead. The blade made contact dead on and Acelin's body went crashing to the floor. Farid could only look as his niece fell to the floor. He then looked back at Lelouch.

"Must you always break my toys you barbarian."

"Awah...?" Was the only logical thing Ishi could come up with at the moment. "That was a clone...? Now I'm confused..."

"Spare me the parlor tricks, Farid. I already know more than half the people in this room are clones. You don't really think I would buy the idea of you putting the entire clan in danger just to show that you mean no harm to me right? Don't take me for a fool, Father." Lelouch looked back at Ishi. "Besides, there weren't nearly this many of them last time Ishi came here right? Tell me, did you even get the smallest wiff that there were this many of them in the house at the time? Even now, you can't smell anything but the putrid smell of blood and decay."

Farid just sighed as he took out a remote control. He pushed the single button on the device and suddenly more than half the people in the room began to dissolve. "Quite the deductive master aren't we, Lelo? So what if you figured it out? How is that going to help you? It doesn't matter if you are once again in the family, I still hold authority over everything that happens in this house. So my house, my rules and my rules don't call for extra players." Farid pointed towards Ishi.

Lelouch just laughed back in Farid's face which didn't seem to make Farid laugh in the slightest. "How long do they last, dear Father?" Lelouch asked with a smile on his face.

Ishi just leaned against the wall watching father and son go at it. She glared when Farid pointed at her. 'You point that thing at me again and I will bite it off...'

Farid was shocked to learn that his son would know of that. "SILENCE! You should learn to show respect to me in my own house. I could kill you in an instant if I wanted to." Lelouch stood his ground without taking his confident smile off his face. "So why haven't you? Surely in your infinite wisdom you must have known that I would find out right? Besides, you wouldn't kill me even if I gave you the chance." Farid was once again showing the shocked look on his face. Lelouch's smile grew wider. "That's right, Farid. I know the secret. I found out as soon as I walked in the door. 'Why would he just let us walk through? Why would he have to hide from me?' You just made it painfully obvious."

Now the conversation was getting interesting. Farid looked like he was about ready to wet his pants, in Ishi's opinion.
