"Finally, somewhere that won't kill me..." A feminine voice rang out over the crash of waves. A shriek of surprise was then heard after a particularly loud splash. Ishi Kobaneoh stood there, dripping wet and rather pissed off. Just great. Her clothing was soaked and sticking to her skin. "...On second thought, I just might drown here. I hate water..."

Sighing heavily, she began peeling off the wet layers, hoping that they could get dry in the somewhat dry air of the night. Like hell she was going to leave her clothes to dry out in the sun while she slept. For decencies sake, she left her pants and shirt on and sat with her back against the tree trunk. It was actually rather nice here in Merla Stay; the night was rather calm and the stars shone out brightly. It was so beautiful. After a bit of staring, Ishi found herself singing softly.

Lelouch was sitting in the tree branches above her with a smug look on his face. "How nice. Not often I get to hear you sing now is it? Oh and BOO!"

"AHHH!" Ishi shrieked and fell backwards...into a mud puddle unfortunately enough. "What...the...HELL! What did I say about sneaking up on me like that, Lelo?!"

"And what did I say about trying to go off on your own? Besides just having some fun. Maybe you should not doze off here considering you do not even have your weapon on you." Lelouch was twirling her bo staff between his fingers.

"...How the hell did you get that?" She questioned, wiping away as much as the mud as she could. Wet AND dirty...just perfect. "Last I checked, it was always on my person..."

Lelo tried his best to look shocked. "Was it really? I had no idea. Then again with you spacing out like that I wouldn´t be surprised if someone took the clothes right off your back. Or maybe it was because I just moved faster than your eyes could follow." Lelo threw the staff back at Ishi

"Oh, shut up, almighty Lelouch," Ishi mocked as she jammed her staff into the earth and huddled against the tree. A rather chilly breeze was now blowing, and with her wet clothing it felt even colder, and she couldn't help but shiver.

"It's friggin' cold..." She mumbled, shaking lightly.

Lelouch sat next to Ishi against the tree after he placed his trenchcoat around her. "Here. At least this way you won't freeze to death."

Ishi blinked a bit before smiling. "Lelo, if you're being a gentleman, I might just die of shock."

Still smiling, she wrapped the coat tighter around her body and sighed, feeling the warmth from the previous wearer slowly relax her body. "Thanks."

Lelouch couldn't help but smile himself. "Think nothing of it. Can't have you dying on me now can I?" Lelouch gently grabbed Ishi's chin with his fingers and moved it so that he was looking directly into each others eyes.

"Now what makes you think that I'll die from a little cold?" Ishi asked softly, still staring into his eyes.

Lelouch answered with his own question. "What makes you think I want to risk it?"

Ishi moved a little closer, just so their noses were barely brushing. "I don't know..." She said in that same soft voice, silvery eyes shining just as softly.

"Perhaps it's better not to find out." Lelouch said as he closed the final gap and pressed his lips against Ishi's.

Ishi shifted so that she was sitting in Lelouch's lap, cradling the back of his head with one hand while the other was wrapped around his shoulders.
