Now you might have read other tales of vampires, how they can die from silver, garlic, etc. But the question is: how do we separate the actual truth from folklore? In order to make things a bit simpler, we have based the facts about Vampires from our own knowledge.
~They don't
always need blood after a certain age
~They can see themselves in mirrors since they are quite vain
~Are rather attractive, almost beautiful
Most importantly:
~They are not injured by garlic, crosses, or holy water
~They can be hurt by guns (but will heal up with blood almost immediately)
---
As it seems, Vampires do have powers. They are:
~Telepathy/telekinesis
~One of the elemental powers (fire, water, ice, earth, etc.)
~Flight
~Rapid Healing
~Enhanced Physicality and Senses
Just a side note, vampires can indeed be harmed by almost anything, though they can heal up almost any injury with a good amount of blood and rest..
~They can drink animal blood as well as another vampire's blood, but human blood is more nutritious
~They are all excessively emotional, sensitive, and sensual, being easy prey to intense suffering and aesthetic passions
~The physical changes are apparent-- their eyes become luminous, their skin pale, and their fingernails like glass
~They are able to have children by eating a special herb before reproduction
